Why we exist.
The SRA’s own data shows that most inspection failures are not in the tools firms use — they are in the reasoning and documentation layer above them. The file review that did not record a risk decision. The evidence pack that was never assembled before the call arrived.
We built a product that does that reasoning work and produces an auditable evidence record — with every AI output reviewed and signed by the firm’s own solicitor before it becomes a record. Security-first, UK-hosted, built for the way UK law firms actually work.
“We must try enough to make it unreasonable to fail.”

Arvind
Co-founder — product
SQE completed; qualifying solicitor, England & Wales. Directs the build — architecture, AI design, security, and product. Understands what the SRA looks for in an inspection and builds a tool that produces that evidence reliably.
What we believe.
Every AI output in our product requires a human solicitor to review and sign before it becomes a record. We built it this way from day one — not as a compliance checkbox, but because we believe it is the right way to build legal software.
Client confidentiality is the foundation of the solicitor-client relationship. Our product is designed around it: UK-hosted, zero data retention at inference, no training on client data, audit logs on every action.
Both founders are qualified or qualifying solicitors in England and Wales. We are not a Silicon Valley team working backwards from a model. We start from what the SRA actually inspects and build the tool that produces that evidence.
